+25 vs. AC; 3d6+5 necrotic damage, and the target is grabbed (until escape).A target trying to escape the grab takes a -4 penalty to the check. Kitiara can grab only one creature at a time.

[melee] Constrict (Standard; at-will)

Affect a target Kitiara has grabbed; +23 vs. Fortitude; 3d6+10 damage, and the target is dazed until the end of Kitiara's next turn.

[melee] Blood Feed (Minor; recharge when an adjacent creature becomes bloodied) Healing, Necrotic

Affect a bloodied target Kitiara has grabbed; +25 vs. AC; 1d10+5 necrotic damage and Kitiara regains 74 hit points.

[ranged] Beguiling Gaze (Minor, 1/round; at-will) Charm, Gaze

Ranged 10; targets a living creature; +23 vs. Will; the target is pull 5 squares and is dazed till the end of its next turn.

Body Shield (immediate interrupt, when targed by a melee or a ranged attack against Reflex or AC; at-will)

Kitiara makes her grabbed victim the target instead. This power cannot be used to redict attacks made by a creature currently grabbed.

Hollow Body (minor; at will)

Kitiara can hide in her hollow human body to appear as a normal human. She loses Entrail Lash, Constrict, Blood Feed, and Victim Shield in human form. A successful Insight check (opposed by Kitiara's Bluff check) pierces the disguise.

Combat Advantage

When Kitiara has combat advantage; her melee attacks deal an extra 2d6 damage.

Kitiara Tactic

The Fallen Lady if found in her human disguise try to intermingle with her foes before letting her allies attacked then emerging out to strike at any obvious spellcaster to grab them. If not, then she prefers to hang back using her beguiling gaze to draw out a victim to her before grabbing them and constrict them unless she can blood feed. While grabbing, she relies on Body Shield to protect her and uses an action point to constrict again in a round.
