Elinaeri Chaine (? AC - ? AC) was a lovely Silvanesti Elf who was a wealthy member of House Gardener. In her youth, the elven officer Curathas Chaine courted her, and the two fell deeply in love. However she was abducted by Human bandits and taken back to their hideout, where one of them forced himself on her.

Curathas and his fellow elves from the Silvanesti army, led a charge into the hideout, killing the bandits and rescuing Elinaeri, however the damage was already done. She was brought back to Silvanost, where she had a half-elf child. Curathas did not blame Elinaeri or the child for what happened, and the two were wed shortly after. They brought up Elinaeri's child, whom they named Palinthusian, as if Curathas was the father, and gave young "Pal" as much love as any child could hope to receive.
