Second only to the Balors in terms of power and brilliance, Mariliths serve as the lieutenants and generals of the armies of the Abyss. The lower half of a marilith is that of a giant snake, whilst the upper half is normally an attractive female. Mariliths have six arms, all of which they can use to wield weapons and are therefore deadly in battle. Mariliths stand at seven feet tall and often serve as the chief servants of the dark gods. They delight in physical combat and are gifted spellcasters. References
