HopefulArticle written by UzielHopeful is a small settlement in the grassy plains to the north of Tarsis. A high wall encircles the town, protecting the human and centaur residents against their enemies. The folk of Hopeful have some minor trade with the outside world, however they continue to remain fairly isolationist, choosing to deal with merchants from Tarsis and few others. The town is governed by an elected mayor, and loosely policed by a unified human and centaur militia. References
