Astin Locastus

Astin Locastus (? - ? AC) was the High Priest of Branchala and he ran the bard academy in the Song of Life tavern in Palanthas. He was the son of Jarrus Locastus. It was his father who taught him the bardic arts in an effort t spend more time with his son. Astin proved to be a very talented bard indeed and he joined the clergy of Branchala shortly after the death of his father.
