High Council Hall

The High Council Hall is a great circular chamber located on the eleventh level of the High Clerist's Tower. It has crystal windows located on its outter walls, ornate benches located around the room, a throne on a raised dais, and at the north section of the Hall is the Great Pillar of Yarus where the throne is located. If you were to climb the stairs it would lead you up to The Khas Room.
