John of Langtree

John of Langtree (? PC - ? AC) was a Knight of Solamnia who following the events of the Cataclysm, gathered his family and fled the realm of Solamnia, which was in chaos and turmoil at this point. Fleeing southwards, Sir John built a wooden stockade on the western shores of Blödehelm and named the area after his family name. As other refugees and exiles arrived at the stockade, soon a small town was built around his stockade and the town of Langtree was born. John lived peacefully as the nominal ruler of Langtree, passing over the rulership to his eldest son when he passed away.
