The Encyclopedia of Magical Devices is a large, weighty tome bound in red leather contains all information collected by the Masters of High Sorcery during the Age of Dreams, in their attempt to gather information on magical devices. The book details the proper ingredients and rituals needed to create almost all minor magical items that are now commonly found on Ansalon. Also describes every known magical artifact created from the Age of Starbirth and the Age of Dreams. The Encyclopedia is protected against all spells by powerful glyphs on the cover and spells on the book make is so that the Master of the Tower of Wayreth is the only one who can access this book.
