Piaras Silverbreeze (? AC - ? AC) was a elven noble who had fled to Flotsam following the disastrous events in Silvanesti caused by Lorac Caladon. A sadistic Dragonarmy officer murdered his daughter, and Piaras went insane, thinking only of revenge.
